Objectives: Provide chemical resistance coating for acid spillage area.
Client was facing issue in acid storage area, where acid spillage and splash causing damage to the concrete. Acid resistance tiles option is not viable as they lack in durability and also costly. So we suggested system which can provide the resistant to the acids for longer periods. Also this system is easily repairable in case of the mechanical damage.

Application is critical for the better results, surface preparation is critical part in which surface can be prepared by either sand blasting or mechanical abrasive tools. Substrate should be cleaned thoroughly before application.

GS CP 501 Epoxy Concrete Primer is used for priming which create better adhesion profile and reduces porosity and sealing the substrate.
After that KOROGREEN GF 5500 top coat is used with Reinforced glass woven matt for increased chemical resistance
